The Wing Spot takeout menu wasn’t the biggest assignment nor the most prestigious but represents one of the most rewarding design jobs I’ve ever been part of. I was a long time customer of Texas Rotisserie & Grill and when Delivery City spun off its hot wings business I got the gig to help create the brand and the collateral pieces including this half sheet takeout menu. I had creative carte blanche but I think it became more a labor of love. I spent weeks on it and I am still very proud of this particular piece even today. While I’m not sure of the fate of this small but outstanding food service, it will always have a place of honor in any portfolio I present. Sure wish I had some of those wings right now.
