Illustration of a complex idea can be a tricky proposition but with the new tools available today there is less labor in the way of creating these images. Never have the highest resolutions, the “heaviest” 3D models nor the most processor intensive effects been so quickly generated, iterated and finalized. Thanks to more accessible applications and faster machines the only limit is the imagination. AI, while not presenting the proverbial “end” of creativity offers a visualization tool that only grows in scope, power and perhaps most importantly, usefulness. There is no reason to lament the arrival of AI it will go through a period before its true potential will be realized as it will still require a talented human being to truly integrate it into the creative process.
